About CTC Research

The CTC capture kit combines the Polymer CTC Chip with a simple device to efficiently capture CTCs present in the patient's blood.

• This is an ideal starting point for CTC research, as it allows advanced CTC capture testing to be performed on a small scale at low cost.
• The state inside the chip during the CTC capture test can be observed in real time with a microscope.
• Cell markers and nuclei on the chip can be stained, allowing for direct observation under a microscope.
• The chip containing the cells can be released and the cells can be collected from the open flow channel.*
• It can be upgraded to an Automated CTC Capture Device that can automate sample supply, liquid transfer control, etc.

The automated CTC capture device can automatically control the dispenser and syringe pump to feed such fluids as blood samples, wash solutions, reagent solutions, and antibody solutions to the Polymer CTC Chip. It can also perform tasks from CTC capture to cell staining.

• Equipped with a standard program, capture tests can be performed according to the protocols used in published papers.
• As the process progresses, each sample, such as a specimen, is automatically fed to the chip.
• Test parameters (sample volume, flow rate, incubation time, etc.) can be changed.
• It is possible to create an automatic processing program according to the test protocol established by you.
• The device is scalable and can handle simultaneous capture of two samples using two chips.
